Family with children a bit pricey but decent

The staff was really good and more attentive than I expected! I really appreciated how they were willing to help no matter what age they were or how long they had been working there.

It wasn't cheap but it was still acceptable for what we got!

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We visited the Rivers Casino and Resort for some gaming fun and also explored the Children's Museum of Saratoga. The breakfast was delicious, and the indoor heated pool was a hit! Plus, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

One night, there was noise from the bar next door that some guests made in the hallway, affecting our sleep.

Parking could use a fix—there's a nasty hole near the catch basin waiting to trip someone up. Plus, the TV was a pain. couldn't figure it out to catch Wimbledon. Little quirks like that kept it from being perfect.
