The hotel was reasonably priced and reliable. The staff, from managers to housekeepers, were exceptionally nice. Our room had a flat-screen TV, climate control, and an individual safe. The private bathroom was large. The location is great, close to Albany and Saratoga Springs, as well as many chain restaurants. Everything was simply excellent.

I was happy that they had a Wheelchair Accessible room with a shower, coffee table, and sofa; it was really convenient. The location here is fantastic - just a few steps away from everywhere I needed to be. 🌟

The rooms with the fireplace are marvelous and comfortable. The location is very close to Lake George, Saratoga Springs, and Clifton Park. The nearby Cookie Factory is a great spot for tea or coffee.

The variety of food here is impressive, with plenty of great options to choose from. The room is beautifully decorated and furnished, complete with a cozy fireplace that adds a nice touch to the overall experience. 🏨 It's a comfortable place to stay.

The hotel was located not far from nearby Clifton Park, Albany and the Race Track. Our rooms were modern and functional with refrigerator, a king-sized bed. Unbeatable location of the property to Niagara on the Lake;))

The updated and neat room with the fireplace was enjoyable. The breakfast was hot and outstanding with sausage, a pancake maker, yogurt, and frequently replenished. Nice location to everything you could want was a plus.

I had a great value for my money at Holiday Inn Express in Clifton Park. The room was comfortable with plenty of seating options and a decent-sized TV. The location was perfect, with easy access to Saratoga Racetrack and a variety of restaurants and stores nearby. The staff was exceptional, from the friendly and prompt check-in by Seeranie to the helpful and cheerful service from Chase and Celeste at the front desk. The check-in and check-out process was the smoothest and fastest I've ever experienced. Kudos to the exceptional staff!

The location here was great – easy to get around and convenient. The staff were all so friendly and genuinely nice. Our suite had cool amenities like a safe box, lots of TV channels, and even a microwave for snacks. 🌟

A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Big size recently renovated rooms, large bathroom, free breakfast. Particularly good location a short way from city center.

Friendly and Helpful Staff

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive and caring staff. After a long day of traveling, I arrived at the hotel tired and worn-out. To my delight, the front desk attendant noticed my exhaustion and kindly brought out complimentary snacks and water for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly looked-after.
